By using the service you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or the age of majority where you live to buy packs.

The service

Market Validation Tool analyzes a business idea you describe in English. The free check needs no account and gives four scores (demand, competition, monetization and difficulty to build), a verdict (Go, Test first or Rethink) with one reason, and three main risks. Each IP address (for IPv6, each /64 network) gets one free check per UTC day and can start up to five checks per UTC day, including ones that fail or are held and so don't use up the free check. The site offers at most 1,000 free checks per UTC day in total. A full report requires an account and one purchased report credit. It covers the target customer and core pain, market and demand signals to check, competitors, a pricing suggestion, risks and mitigations, a one-week validation plan, and go / no-go criteria.

AI model and no real-time data

Verdicts and reports are written by DeepSeek's deepseek-flash model through the DeepSeek API, using its general knowledge only. They contain no real-time data, no search volumes and no source links, and they can be wrong. The model is instructed to mark competitors it names "verify yourself". Treat every output as a starting point for your own research, not as professional, financial or legal advice. Prices and payment

Single costs $4.99 USD for 1 full report, Triple $9.99 USD for 3, and Pack of 10 $24.99 USD for 10. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions: there is no automatic renewal. Credits stack on the same account, do not expire, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for cash. One completed full report uses one credit; a report that fails without a valid result returns its credit. Signing up does not include free credits.

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake (waffo.ai), our merchant of record, which handles applicable sales tax; any tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Credits are added only after Waffo confirms the payment.

Cancellation and refunds

There is nothing to cancel because nothing renews. If you close checkout before paying, the order stays unpaid and you are not charged. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the unused credits from that order can no longer be used; reports already generated stay generated.

Acceptable use policy

You may not submit ideas, or try to generate content, that contain, depict, promote or are designed to produce:

1. Pornography or sexually explicit (NSFW) content.
2. Violence or gore, including threats or glorification of real violent acts.
3. Hate speech, slurs or attacks on people for protected characteristics.
4. Child-unsafe content, including any sexual content involving minors (CSAM).
5. Deepfakes or impersonation of real people, including fabricated statements or actions.
6. Copyright or trademark infringement.

You also may not use the service for illegal activity, to harass or defame real people, or to abuse payments.

Moderation. Every idea is screened by Waffo Prompt Sift before it reaches the model. An idea that is blocked is not analyzed: a free check counts as used, and a full report uses no credit. If the check cannot run or flags the idea for review, nothing is analyzed, no credit is used and the free check is not used up, although a free-check attempt counts toward the daily limit of five. Our fixed instructions tell the model to avoid the categories above, and DeepSeek applies its own safety controls. We keep a record of every check, and a person reviews ideas that are blocked or held for review.

Reporting. Report harmful output or misuse through a support ticket if you are signed in, or by emailing the support address below. A person reviews every report and replies by ticket or email.

Enforcement. We may refuse or stop processing ideas, remove content and close accounts that break these rules. Unused credits on an account closed for abuse may be forfeited where the law allows. If you think an idea or account was actioned by mistake, open a support ticket or email us and a person will review it.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. How we handle your ideas, reports and account data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, do not guarantee that an idea will succeed or fail, and limit our total liability for any claim to the amount you paid for the affected pack. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
