What you buy

Market Validation Tool sells one-time, nonrenewing USD packs of full-report credits: Single $4.99 for 1 report, Triple $9.99 for 3, and Pack of 10 $24.99 for 10. Credits do not expire. A completed full report uses one credit; a report that fails returns its credit automatically. The free check costs nothing.

Requesting a refund

If you were charged incorrectly, paid twice, or a purchased credit does not work, sign in and open a support ticket with the order reference from your payment history, or email the support address below. Do not send card details or passwords. We review each request under applicable consumer law, the terms of Waffo Pancake (waffo.ai), our merchant of record, and the order's status; this page does not promise an unconditional or instant refund. Approved refunds are paid by Waffo to the original payment method.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank: a chargeback freezes the order's credits and cannot be resolved through support.

Used credits

When a full refund settles, the still-unused credits from that order are removed; credits from your other orders are never touched. While a refund is being settled, and after a partial refund or a chargeback, that order's credits are frozen and cannot be used. If a refund is declined, that order's credits become usable again. Reports already generated cannot be returned as unused credits. Closing checkout before paying is not a purchase and needs no refund.
